I have worked in the fitness industry since 2010; working with clients (both able-bodied and less-so) to inspire and encourage them to reach their personal goals.
When I was 16, I had elective surgery to amputate my leg above the knee because of a condition in my leg that became progressively worse. Before my amputation I considered myself as disabled and restricted by my condition.
However, since my amputation my so-called ‘disability’ has actually opened many doors and I proudly take every opportunity that comes my way to prove that my loss of limb doesn’t hold me back in any way.
I have a theory that when you have an amputation (or any life-changing operation) you are reborn. Like a child, you need to start from scratch; learning how to walk, balance and face the world with confidence. The best way to practice this and develop your motor skills is through challenging your perceived ‘comfort zone’ using exercise and sport.

Unfit, a size 14 and with little energy I was inspired by Jack to start my fitness journey after seeing his own amazing achievements. My goal was to lose weight and look more feminine by toning up my body. I have a great feeling of amity training with Jack. It's hard work but worth it.
I feel happy and healthy and very grateful to Jack for all his advice and expertise, he really motivates and encourages me. I am excited about developing my fitness. It's the best decision I made this year to have Jack as my PT and with his help the results have been life changing.

I started training with Jack in a bid to lose some of the stubborn fat around my middle and generally tone up. What I achieved with Jack’s help was far more than this! Using kettlebells and various bodyweight exercises, my overall strength and fitness improved so much in a short space of time that I was able to perform exercises I would never have attempted on my own. !

I was so self-conscious of being slim, shapeless I hated it... Jack has helped me like what I see! As we go into year two of training I look forward to heavier weight more personal bests and little bit more muscle!
Jack's help and support has been incredible... I couldn't have got to where I am now without him pushing me to achieve what he knew I could!
Thank you, Jack!

Jack is like my right hand man! If I have any doubts or queries about nutrition, an exercise or my progress I can rely on Jack to explain, advise and put me on track every time. Even if I think my next set of goals is way out of reach, maybe even ludicrous, Jack will encourage me and see’s in me someone who can achieve those goals, and that is worth a huge amount.
I’d recommend Jack Eyers to anyone looking to make changes to themselves and their lives, in fact I think he should be available on the NHS – his service is really that good!

I have learned so much from Jack, he is always willing to share his expert knowledge and to answer questions you come up with. Our sessions are always hard work but always with an element of fun. He's helped me understand the importance of correct form, to exercise.
One thing I like about Jack is that he never embraced excuses he always wants you to do your best so that u can see good results. He has taught me to believe in myself and to trust my capabilities. I blessed the day I open my mouth and talk to him .....my BEAST lol
